Please know that I would never put my hands on anyone. I feel like I'm being made out to be this very "angry woman" and I'm not. I know things aren't perfect but I'm willing to do whatever job you want me to do if you feel this position isn't the right fit for me. the only reason I do what I do is because of you.

On a daily basis I handle:

My job, my Kids, You, 3 Islands, the Guest(s), Cooking, Housekeeping, Employees, Vendors, Contractors, Paper work, Scheduling, my personal issues, shopping and curve balls (Brice, Karen, Jon, Leighton, Dwight). I may not be the best Manager in the world but I do try my hardest at everything I do because I don't like the feeling of disappointing anyone

Yes, Danny is rough around the edges but like I said yesterday ever since you had a conversation with him 2 weeks ago he's been pedal to the metal.

Yes, Karen is great at what she does. Do we get along, yes if we need to. It's hard to work for someone who's made it very clear that she and Brice will be here to take over because I haven't been doing a good job and the Boss has been very unhappy with LS1 and has been begging them to come back for years. Plus she's always asking me when am I going to go and enjoy my house
