I think these are excellent, esp the rich details about emails sent on weekends and holidays.
My only suggested edit (attached) is to rephrase 'not a major user of email' (which to the ear sounds a little contradictory to our emphasis on turning over 55k pages) to something like 'did not rely on email for her day-to-day work'

But I think you need to explain this sentence. The average person would be confused by the notion that her office didn't "allow for email use". thx
Her office on the 7th floor of the State Department
did not allow for email use, so she seldom used email during the workday.
