I am still on my own in miami — still mainly working on white collar cases in federal court & then occasionally brought in to just actually try the jury trials in civil cases— which is what I like to do — try cases. Since I have always been barred in NY and DC — I will now hopefully expand even more into those jurisdictions.

I have no constraints to miami now—

I am also exploring the possibility of an in house counsel position in NYC or US Attorney in SDF........

Hi Jeffrey - I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to write to you and say happy anniversary— TEN years ago you gave me the beautiful Mercedes Benz S SW- —and I just wanted to tell you that I drive it to this day & as the picture attached shows, it recently hit 100,000 miles. I can say that it is the most valued and used gift I have ever received — it makes me think of you often with much affection. On another note, my son graduated in May and was accepted at the United States Naval Academy — I am beyond proud of this accomplishment and his commitment to serve this country. I dropped him off about two weeks ago for Plebe Summer (essentially boot camp). So I start a new chapter of my life and hope to work more in NYC and DC. A MILLION THANK YOUS again! Big big hug.
