I called Western Union and I can do this wire over the phone with a Visa or a MC...is that ok? I know Bella usually goes to a Western Union location..but you must take cash or a debit card...

Is it ok for me to just do this over the phone with JE's Visa Card I have?

hey rich...Darren is in here asking why does Bella go to the Western Union and not just do over the phone with a CC? Is it because JE doesn't want the money to be traced back to him? Or because it costs less to take cash?

I am hoping it is just fine to do over the phone and I will handle it asap...but Darren wants to know Why she goes first...
