It has been a pretty tough week for me as we have decided to focus on building something completely different in the next few months instead of hosting events. We know you're an incredible advocate for women entrepreneurs, so we're wondering if you believe it's a conflict of interest that the nonprofit's funding comes from Jeffrey Epstein, according to public records.

Would you be able to comment on why "J Epstein Virgin Islands" donated $50,000 in 2017 to Education Advance?

Regarding the donation, frankly we were a bit concerned (rimplempan and I manage EA together) but then we read that Harvard University and Arizona State had taken his donations. Do you think it was wrong?

Sounds good. We've been investigating what charities Jeffrey Epstein has been contributing to. The Daily Beast is planning to publish a story about your connection to Mr. Epstein. In 2016, you were photographed coming out of Mr. Epstein's Upper East Side property.

Financial records reviewed by The Daily Beast indicate Mr. Epstein was a donor to your charity. We also saw that Mr. Epstein's attorney, Darren Indyke, was representing We Talks for a trademark application.

When we looked into We Talks' website registration, it said it was registered to 301 E. 66th Street, which is a known Epstein address.

Besides donating to Education Advance, has Mr. Epstein provided other funding to your other projects?

We would like to give you an opportunity to comment. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Mr. Epstein has been in the news over allegations that he sexually abused underage girls and young women.

Please let me know if you can hop on the phone, or provide a statement via email, before Monday morning.

We're also wondering if you have connections to Mr. Epstein, and whether he helped you move to the U.S., and if you ever lived with him?
