Here are wiring details for our new apartment in Menlo Park. The realty managing the property is Linda P. Bader.

We have sent a friend from the local German School to have a look at the place and show it to us via video to make sure it is what we need. We are very happy to have found the place, because good apartments close to the Caltrain are rare, but we have to move fast.

The realtor has approved us as tenants and wants the first rent, security deposit and credit check fee until tomorrow, the 24th, wired into one of their accounts below (Wells Fargo or Charles Schwab). Could you please help with that?

The amount is $13,535.99 ($6,500.00 first rent, $7000 security deposit and $35.99 screening fee).
