Here's how we can do that.

1. We pick 12 people for the start. Say 6 guys, 6 girls.

For example Samantha, M, Jay, Neil and I'll =how you more candidates.

2. Gathering =hem every 3 months or more often. We can start in the begging of February =o people can put it in the schedules.

For every new gathering we'd ask first attend=es to nominate new people and select 2-3 best. Some people can also be exc=uded. We can grow it up to 15-20 people at he first year.

3. We discuss some global topics so people=fill like they participate in designing the future. We can also invite one=additional person who's an expert on the topic.

We discuss state of science, fundamental a=d social, what kind of research they do, what it brings to the world and h=w world change under its influence. Invite scientists on topic to speak + =ake commentaries on them + follow with discussion

Idea #2

United Nations has sustainable development goals document — https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/.

Every participant can:

• give their idea on how =hey would enhance this document;

• offer their approach t= solve one of the sustainable development goals listed in the document.

Speak for 10-15 min on both topics

We can discuss the key global problems. Say — would it be crises/=ot? What's happening with climate change? Is Al a threat? Etc

Between the sessions we can read a few books on particular topic every =ime and then discuss it all together.

In = year we'd have a solid group of 20 young people educated and know=edgeable on the world's global problems, trends and opportunities.

This would look like something between an =nformal think tank and salon. This group can be used to run through it any=ideas/policies that can influence society on international level. Position=ng: something like a global young intellectual elite group.

We don't have to say that, we can give a sense of it. Would they really become this elite or not — depends on them.

Global thinking, curiosity, fast career growth wo=ld be a criteria for each of them.
