Hi Jeffrey,

The use of your foundation funds on the event was my call. When I met you a year or so ago and you offered 100K to support my work, Giuseppe was looking for sponsorship for the Cuba conference. I asked you to support the conference as expenditure of the 100K that you granted to me. It is the only monies that I have spent other than the 3K or so I spent on the Vive system I got for you (which still has not yet been installed at your place).

Over the past year, I have been working on a research agenda that would interest you and further the work that I am developing. Over the past year, I have been developing and applying a theory of development. I still don't know what the issue you have with Edd is.

I am also putting together a number of researchers to study people once identified. In New York, these include Ray Lee and Zoran Josipovic who you have not yet met. I am also ), seeing Brown leaders hsieh of Qi Gong research in ), and China I am on the 14-15 in Beijing.

I am also collecting new "researchers" and "special abilities subjects" with tours I am planning this year. The first is in January in Europe (https://www.evolvingcaravan.com/). I am planning the US in May / June, and Asia in October. This tour is to also help stage 3 people, people who have had an awakening experience, but are not grounded. Many of these people end up in mental hospitals or homeless. The community of "special abilities subjects" are particularly effective at helping to ground these "stage 3" people. We also have practices that enable them to better function in the modern world. This is how I was planning to use the remainder of the funds that you allocated. I started talking to you about it before I was cut short by Ehud.

As an example of how my model and practise can be applied, Joe Pagano Jr. is one of the subjects that is a success story," When I met him, he was ungrounded. He is now grounded and has developed the ability of deep presence. He also has a community of people that he can engage. I also have, if you still recall, a proposition on the table to you regarding helping unhappy wealthy people find inner happiness.

When you allocated the funds, I asked you specifically what the "deliverables" were, to which you left it entirely up to me. My purchase of a Vive for you is to open you up to the world of Virtual Reality. With the transfer of the remaining funds, I was also going to get you the music player that I showed you when we last met, filled with my music library. These, and all of the people I brought to see you at my expense, have all been deliverables toward introducing you to new perspectives and experiences. I really enjoy our meetings. It seemed to me that you enjoyed them as well.

If you are unhappy with the results, let me know how to remedy the situation. What are the conditions for the remainder of the funds?

Let me chase that down. The conference was mainly to bring greater collaborations between Europe and Cuba. It was eye opening for me to see the developments in Cuba and tap into another community of researchers isolated from the "mainstream" that was also doing work in meditation, etc. The conference was presentations and posters. If you are interested in written stuff and crazy new theories, I have a young guy here in China that I have been supporting. He wrote the attached (never went to university, picked up quantum mechanics on his own).

Please take a look at the links I sent in the previous mail I sent to you. Also let me know what conditions you have on the remainder of the 100K.

Would love to have a conversation with you on the metaphysics of how and why things happen as they do. Hope the passport situation in Paris turned out OK. I have a few seers I can bring over to see you (that I would have to fly to NYC).

OK. Got it. So for responsible documentation, do you mean the expenditures (breakdown of budget)? or do you mean the need for a conference proceedings? Will Giuseppe's writeup summary do (he is preparing one)? Acknowledgements from the attendees?

For the machine, I am happy to take it apart and put together a schematic of the circuit. There is something to what he does. Especially profound to people sensitive to energy.
