My dearest Jeffrey,

I miss you and think of you often. Its a pity that I do not get to see you one last time before I move out of the city.

Thank you for the apartment next week!! I'm sure explained that I have to paint the walls back to white after the movers have taken my furniture.

You know me - I love color.

I remember you telling me your best friend lives in Dallas…… I hope that means you will come visit! Now you have 2 friends to visit in Dallas.

I told that if yall ever need help in the kitchen at the ranch, just holler! It would be a fun excuse to see yall and make sure you're eating well.
