Re: Barge
jee said ok to go into subbase even though he believes they are going to rip us off
in order to mitigate that jee would like bosco or someone with knowledge (boyson captain who worked for us on weekends) to oversee all work and check daily / weekly..
lets discuss tomorrow
thanks

Greetings Rebel,
Suggested plan of action:
Boscoe will report via email to you directly, copying me and Rich.
Gene will report directly to you.
Boscoe will let you know what days he is needed at Subbase Drydock, in advance.
Boscoe's reports should be daily, whether he is reporting directly from Subbase or via Gene's report to him. The reports should include work completed, when he is on site, photos, any issues that arise.
as time sheets, if possible.
We would like to encourage Gene to also keep a photo log of the work progress, as well
Obviously you will be JE's point of contact for the project.
:) DW
another point to add
Bosco will not be needed on site all days and we should consider converting his 250 per day to:
a) 8 hours = 31.25 per hour
b) 9 hours = 27.77 per hour
let me know your thoughts

Or we could say... $250 a day to run the barge and $150 a day to oversee a project.
He's not running the barge or fixing anything he's just overseeing and making sure all is correct.
Your thoughts?

ok
