Your pilot Larry has given me our departure time from Paris as 08:00 (which is 10:00 in Marrakech).

Given the flight time from Paris to Marrakech is approx 2:30-3:00 hrs depending on whether you have a tailwind, it means you will land just after my flight takes off at 12:25.

Whilst Marc Leon, not exactly my cup of tea (you will see why when you meet him), I am nevertheless sure that he will be keen to show you Bin Enahil, along with one or two other properties he has on his books.

However, if you would be willing able to drop me off in Avignon en route back to Paris, then I will happily cancel my flight and wait for you. That said and much as I would like to see you, I am not sure my presence in Marrakech necessarily adds value to your visit.

Obviously, if you end up purchasing a property here, you will enjoy my utmost support.
