Re: Bin Ennakhil
Dear Jeffrey,
I hate failing. You probably too and still have an eye on Bin Ennakhil.
I went for this reasons to Marbella and had a long talk with Mr. Kiss.
He is aware about the enormous qualities and rare defaults of his property.
He knows how much he invested and that it would be impossible to redo today such a palace with 14 m high ceilings and all this handcrafts for less than 40 million, or may be more.
He has no money need
But
The two last written offers didn't succeed. One was canceled for economic reasons by the potential buyer, the second was denied by Mr. Kiss and his bank.
Mr. Kiss does not want to spend time in Morocco to supervise the renovation and other constructions in his property.

marc, thank you for your attention and time, I sincerely appreciate the effort.. I am looking at another property, Im sure you will hear about it.. it is also very beautiful, and as i suggested last time, less than 20m. lam happy that mr kiss does not need the money as I am confident that he will never get anywhere near his asking price. never In addition with the king not well, and uncertainty for the future, the only buyers at this level, are arabs, who want more modern, and more bedrooms. Mr kiss will eventually need to decide the market is the market I feel badly for him as i know how much work and money went into the project. times have changed. one terrorist incident and the house is worth 5 m at most.
