anna, daphne, I must tell both of you, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the work that I asked you both to do. You both have my full confidence, however if I was grading the report card of each of you these past two weeks I couldn't get higher than a C-, D+. I spent a great deal of my own time walking the island with you both asking that PLEASE don't let me return and find the same thing over and over not done. Daphne I told you in no uncertain terms that photos needed to be taken of the tasks that I had requested and that were being worked on, so that I would not have to spend my days reasking and doing the same things again and again. My instructions went largely unheeded. Bougainvillea on road, awful, no photos. Speaker wires, not done, speakers over the cliff???! The GRASS that I specifically asked that it be taken care of by flagpole and asked to please no hair plugs I WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN, you both assured me it would however, it did not. And of course no photos. Photos of new beach, taken from only a distance, as someone can't be bothered to go on the beach. It's still quite a mess behind the gym, Danny did not do the lights as I had asked, (only yesterday telling me it was the wrong bulbs). My room is a disaster even after Leighton went wild that no protection was being used, nothing happened, it is filthy and permanently damaged. Pokey and TJ have abused their right to work, sending me photos that I can see the day I arrive by heli was silly, what good does that do? The cars that I asked to be cleaned were not, and no photos were taken, the idea that name plates had to come before they were cleaned is strange. I do not know where the tire order is, and this is months old. No palm trees? Trackhoe cleaning seaweed? No photos of Karyna office? No photos of library roof? No photos of office completion. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. Sorry, I know you can both do better. If you need more help let's get it, if you would like Lesly or Bebe to coordinate. I will bring them down to meet and put in an organization that functions.

I think that if we don't get this right by the next time you arrive that you should fire me or I should quit Ann R.
