1. They have put May 31and June 1 on = tentative hold for May 31& June 1.

2. The rental fee is $15,000, which is=marked down from $25,000.

3. Th= maximum capacity is 110 for a buyout of the ground floor.

4. The all-in price for the meal and b=verages + the rental fee will be about $44,000.
