Spoke to Katia (major president) over the phone (I said I was in Geneva and=called from a private number). She said they would prefer a proposal from =s (the main shareholder is Italian), i said i needed to take a look at the=financial statements. She also said she wasn't sure how got the =nfo that the agency was for sale and that of course they are always intere=ted in proposals, but the whole agency would cost at least a few million d=llars (!!). She asked to continue the conversation via email to track the =orrespondence between us (I used a new email address for that), to sign an=NDA and that her husband and the Italian owner will be included in the cor=espondence. We agreed that they would send me a proposal.

She also said she wanted to expand to LA and started talking about=the social media instead of talking about financials.

Next step would be to get the proposal from her and see the numb=rs.

I don't want to reveal my identity =nless we really decide to do it • the major team is all over the place in =YC, they have cipriani dinners all the time and I wouldn't like to run=into them anywhere.
