LSJ: Mooring Application

Yesterday afternoon, Assistant Director Roberto Tapia called the LSJ main number and asked to speak to me directly, in regard to the pending Mooring Application filed by LSJ,LLC.

He stated that he was willing to approve one of the two moorings that LSJ has applied for and was prepared to make that mooring a Multi Boat Mooring. This would allow Mooring of any of the LSJ's boats, at one time. He then asked how many boats LSJ would be mooring, I replied 5, I did not include Midnight Express or Big N. I also confirmed that the largest vessel was 55ft in length, ( Lady K) He also asked for the distance from the dock to the mooring I was unable to provide this information, as it was not forward to me once the amended application was filed. I asked him if he wished to email me his questions I would be able to provide accurate responses.

Speaking with Officer Tapia today, he indicated that if LSJ wish to Moor Multiple boats, each boat would require a sticker. I asked, would that change the Application, i.e number of boats been moored, have any effect on the application, he replied no, but each boat would require a sticker and was prepared to work with us to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

Do I have your approval to confirm multiple boats, not including Midnight Express or Big N?
