darren believes best to do a separate loan for 50k please advise on the following:

a) larry name only or larry and =ileen

b) should we add unpaid interest from =riginal loan that was due dec 2016 in the amount of 7,000 (1,250,000 x =.56%) to 50,000

c) term of loan
