Daphne,
Attached are the revised site and floor plans for the Maintenance/Workshop Building. The changes are based upon the site visit held yesterday with Mr. Epstein. He requested a storage addition to be placed at the northern end of the building. We have placed that addition at the center of the northern facade as the most strategic location for the addition. If we place it further to the west, it will interfere with the access driveway leading to the main residence. If we place it further to the east, it will be too close to the edge of the abutment, in an area where the soil appears to be unstable. Upon approval of the plan, we will finish the drawings for the CZM permit application.

ask if got the dimension for the current landscape and marine shop?
Greetings Sir,
For your review and comments, the revised drawings of the Maintenance/Workshop Building.
Respectfully, Daphne
Greetings Sir,
Just spoke with John, he does have the dimensions on file, but has left his office for the weekend.
He will forward those dimensions on Monday. He did say that the proposed square footage for each space is the same as measured in the existing spaces.
Respectfully, Daphne
