I apologize for not calling but I had the ROV specialist down and we really pushed everyday from dawn till dark to get all the deep areas of the routes completed. And as usual the wind and waves did not cooperate and it was a battle all week and I was after 9pm everyday.

I am flying today and will be out in Denver late afternoon. You can call me late today or we can catch up on Monday, I'll be out there through Tuesday.

When Td we submitting

CZM asked for us to present on the 21st and submit as soon as we present. We will also be presenting it to COE at the same time.

You are part of the VIWAPA permit. we can not submit a permit to COE while we have an outstanding enforcement action. If we went in by ourselves We would have to wait until COE lifts the enforcement action, which I have asked them to do, but it has not happened yet.
