Hi Stephanie and Anna. Will you be sending out your punch list prioritized with dates expected for completion? Jeffrey is asking that I continuously follow up with y'all and help keep on top of things. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to help. A prioritized list with dates would be super. I like that you have the names of the person/s in charge of the project also.

We can talk today some so you can fill me in more. I'll be in the city today with Jeffrey.

Jermaine is working on a Smartsheet for our Punchlist. Everyone will be able to check and make updates in real time. Jermaine please advise on time frame? this list is time sensitive.

Stephanie, Patrick and Michael can you please fill in the blanks on the excel spreadsheet and email back to me?

I would like to turn in something today with dates and accurate information until Jermaine complete the Smartsheet setup.

Notes: The employees should be working off of the Punchlist only. The Punchlist is priority
