Here is itinerary:

1 ticket for my mom from Moscow to Venice on
November 4th (the best ticket we like is Aeroflot 10:00)

• Train to Florence — "we will take care of it ourselves."
• Hotel in Florence needed for November 4, 5, 6, 7 (uncertain if room needed for 7th if checking out and going to Rome)
• Time fragment: "5 am - 11:35 am"

The original plan is that I fly with Dave to Venice( we don't have tickets yet)
