That is so ridiculous 4am!!!! Are they on Swedish time?? Try to get exercise on your time outside. Maybe Igor could put together a little program for you. Drink lots of water. raw carrots is good and apples for fiber. PRUNES or prune juice might be a Kosher item?? It's raining in Sweden, we spent the day in Gothenburg yesterday. The kids went to Liseberg and had a great time.

Are you keeping an eye on expenses while you are at spunk. I can help if you want. I will ask to send some more pictures.

We will have the biggest party when you arc done:)

I get up at 4 am, have breakfast and go back to sleep until 8.. Then I hand out pencils at the school, until

11, luch, until 12, recreation outside for an hour, and then start to make calls.. I try to go to sleep by 8 / I miss you guys but have a pictures of you all on the wall next to my bed.

Thursday evening when we get to Sweden and we can unpack for a while, kids are looking forward to see their friends and Mimmim and Mortar. What is the one hardest thing for you?? I would say constipation but maybe the coffee is strong. I doubt it. Would they accept cofee donations from an outsider?? What can we do for you?? Love you Miss you all of us
