Will restructure so that there is a put and call on shares . Capital gains . Bill gets first five you get next ten after -then 70-30 . Payment cannot be taken away, valuation method , outlined . I am sorry that reality has been harsh . But not a real surprise .

Reality is harsh but I am used to getting stuff through work and fight. Not much or anything I got in my life easely.

Have been on the call since8am straight. Have a conference board call of a company I am on a board.
