Unfortunately, not as yet. I am really sorry for not having any updated as yet. Still waiting for the copy. I just learnt that this was for secret service who were protecting governor and his wife while staying with us. This info just as an update while we are waiting for the form.

I do apologize for delay. I just got confirmation and unfortunately we were not able to find the copy of the credit card authorization form.

Please, let me know how would you like me to proceed as at this point we can just verbally confirm that it was for the secret service during the stay of governor and his wife.

The Ritz Carlton has not been able to provide a copy of the authorization form for the 55,792.70 charge to your card.

They do believe, based on their investigation, that these are the room charges for the secret service detail for the December 2014 guests that you hosted.

Sonja, the accounting office person who has been researching this for me has detailed below her findings, and has asked how they should proceed.

Are you okay for the charge to stand, or should we protest until such time that the Ritz Carlton provides backup?
