Linkage of accounts for pnc

I received a call from Bella Klein at HRRK Associates about compensating the above account for service fees that have been debited over the last several months. As per the attachment, service fees have been debited from this account on and off since as early as February 2008. Bella inquired only on the April, May, and June fees. The monthly maintenance fee is already waived. Please advise if you are OK with CSS submitting an OD Claim to compensate the account. To resolve this problem forward, we can link the accounts for compensating balances. Below are the accounts with linkage considerations.

Hi, can we discuss tomorrow? I hesitate to link accounts that are owned by Ghislaine Maxwell with those owned by Mr. Epstein. I'm also confused as to what service fees are being charged if the maintenance fees are waived. Let's talk first thing tomorrow. Also, can you and Bill think about a good date for me to come down and visit you in DE? I want to put that trip back on my calendar.

As discussed, in consideration of your inquiry about the service fees charged in the The COLPG FON, Inc. account, we could reimburse the account for the service fees already incurred. This account as well as the other business accounts identified below already have a $50.00 monthly maintenance fee waived. We would like to look at grouping the accounts together for compensating balances in relation to services led to minimize fees across all accounts. Please view the business accounts that I have identified and please confirm who is the owner of the account(s). Feel free to include any accounts that I may have inadvertently omitted that are owned by Jeffrey Epstein since these are the accounts that we have targeted. With the ownership information that you provide me, I will then be able to consider what accounts may be grouped for pricing.

In consideration of Bella's request to minimize the monthly service fees on the above-referenced accounts, we can arrange to link all of the above accounts for pricing. The average monthly cash held in each of the accounts will be eligible to receive a fee allowance (earnings credit) to offset applicable transaction fees charged for services incurred. When we link all accounts for this pricing arrangement, only one account will be debited for fees accrued in all of the accounts. Linkage of accounts for pricing will not eliminate monthly service fees, but will minimize them. Please advise on which account should be debited for any potential fees each month.

In order to qualify for the earnings credit, we need to group all business accounts together which means that we can only charge a business account that is in the group. Jeffrey Epstein is a personal account and so cannot be part of the group.
