What Is bgC3?link

bgC3 — "Bill Gates Catalyst 3" — was established as Carillon Holdings in March 2008 and renamed ten days after Gates retired from day-to-day work at Microsoft. The bgC3 deliverables document reveals that Gates's private office was not merely interested in neurotechnology for therapeutic purposes. The "Strain" Pandemic Simulationlink

Deliverable #5 — "Follow-up recommendations and/or technical specifications for Strain pandemic simulation" — predates the publicly announced Event 201 pandemic tabletop exercise (October 2019) by more than two years.
