RE: policy working group plans & ethics memo

We just finalized the budget numbers for the policy groups.  I don’t think it will create a problem for Jeanne budget-wise, although it’s unclear who the campaign will give her.  Let me press Jim Messina.  That of course doesn’t address the whole Jeanne-Chris Edley issue though.

Any additional thoughts on how manage the work of the health working group post-election? Jeanne has submitted a work plan for the post-election period and is seeking sign-off to move forward. I've communicated to our three teams that we need to make decisions regarding the campaign staff before we can finalize plans.

Also, I've connected with Bob on the ethics memo, and we will have something to share tomorrow morning. He agrees that a two-year look back period on registration would be difficult.
