Meeting today at 2:50pm-3:00pm

We are looking forward to our meeting today at 2:50pm-3:00pm.  The room we will be using is Banyan Room E.  I have copied Shilpa Pesaru, our Trip Director, and Stephanie Condello, our advance for the visit on this email as well in case you all need to reach each other prior.
