Hello CAP friends-
As some of you may know, Christine will be leaving CAP after 8 amazing rockstar years to run events at EMILY’s List.

As we deal with the impact of losing such a long-tenured and on-point CAPer, we’re also trying to make sure to send her off in style.
That’s where you all can help me!
Christine has been an invaluable asset to CAP, and has planned and executed stellar events for your respective teams for years, in addition to planning CAP-wide events like the holiday party and this year’s Progressive Party. Marlene and I are collecting donations to get Christine an appropriately-kick-ass going away gift, and if you’re so inclined, any donations to that cause would be appreciated (either come find me at my desk or just email me and I’ll come to you!) We’d like all donations by COB Tuesday to give Marlene time to pick up a gift.
Additionally, we are putting together a book with memories, good luck messages and photos of Christine. If you like, please send Adriane at AAlicea@americanprogress.org, a photo you want to include of Christine or a favorite memory you have of her or a message wishing her well.
Examples:
Remember the time you saved my entire event when our speaker didn’t show up…
Can’t wait to see what you will do in your next adventure!
In order to include it in the book we will need to receive it by Monday May 25th at 6:00 PM.
