Attached are the draft messages that folks will encounter on the Jobs website and in the follow up emails/application.  I don't know whether you want someone from Communications to review/approve them.  If there is a quote from Barack about attracting the best and the brightest to service, that would be nice to include as well.

If you want to go through the application itself, let me know and we'll get you a link.  It's not perfect, but I think it does a decent job of collecting the necessary info at the right level of generality/specificity and has gone through a pretty thorough legal scrub.
