Friend, The Chicago Tribune hosted a joint candidate interview earlier today. For a lot of people, this was their first chance to see the Governor and Bruce Rauner go head-to-head -- and today, we caught a glimpse of the real Rauner. Anyone who missed it needs to know: Fraud, accounting scandals, and abuse have run rampant at companies Rauner owned -- yet he refuses to take responsibility for any of it. Share the video below on Facebook or Twitter to get the word out: As Governor Quinn said, this is someone who made a fortune on the misfortune of others. It's brazen for Rauner to claim the buck doesn't stop with him, and we're not going to let him get away with it. If you're the chief executive, you need to take responsibility for what happens on your watch, and take action to fix it. The people of Illinois deserve nothing less. Thanks for helping get the word out. Izabela
Izabela Miltko P.S. You could tell from the frustration of the editorial board today that even the members of the media are getting tired of Rauner's refusal to own up to his record or be honest with voters about his plans. Let's keep up the pressure.
