1. Attached is new draft with a few changes from JDP. incorporates chris lu and dan edits prior.

2. also attached per JDP is a Draft Stand By statement for tomorrow. purpose: get out early on "one President"

3. also, is the all staff conference call still happening in the a.m? , and if so, JDP raises as it would be so public, hopes message crafted in advance.
