CURRENT DRAFT: Iran speech

Hi all – just making sure you all have this.  Jake, Laura and I have been working on this speech with various experts for a few days.  It’s in good shape and HRC likes it.  We’re now basically just refining it.  I’ll send you all the next draft too – we’ll be done with small tweaks in the next few hours.
