Biden announces his run on Stephen Colbert show.
I obviously don't know anything. But it's like super ratings push for Colbert. I don't think he'd take him unless he was making news.

Everything we hear on the ground is that he's running. They're hiring state directors etc.
and he's scheduling tons of stuff
but everyone "in the know" says he's not
So I'm officially perplexed and hoping this is just an elaborate farewell tour
