- had a listing, heard from "Steve Marshall" inquiring about the listing
-Different agent at had the listing, but she happened to answer the phone
-Made arrangements to meet at the property in November for showing -Individual arrived in a pick-up truck, unknown at time
-2 individuals driving a rental car arrived w/ British accents, identifying themselvesas Steve and len Marshall
-Phone number she was given for len Marshall was
-Said they were coming from Vermont, that they wanted a 3-day closing, would wire cash.
-After that day, there was a second showing with just Steve andlen
-Steve said he was a former British military member writing a book
-len identified herself as a journalist seeking privacy
-Said they had 2 kids together
-During home ins ction a person named Chris comes to inspection, sail, likes to be called Skippy, and he is a yacht captain -Agents showed photo of Borgerson, asked if that was Skippy. said no, that individual is the individual who arrived in the pick-sita
-Following arrest, saw photos in the media of Maxwell, and recognized that person as the person she knew as "len Marshall"
-FBI ran the UK phone number that "Steve Marshall" gave to agent, and it comes back to individual; guard interviewed day of GM arrest identified that same individual as a guard who previously worked for GM
