Dear Mr. Shteingart.
Attached it is in PDF format. I sent copies of the receipt, both to the court and to you, via USPS regular mail,in December. Should I snail mail them again?
EFTA01193652
Also, our hearing date is on April 23, 2014. I don't think there'll be enough time to complete the CIS processing by then. Should we ask for a continuance?
Thanks!

Dear Mr. Shteingart--
As you know, we filed for an adjournment in this case— the day after we filed it, the USCIS sent us an appointment notice! The interview was on June 20, 2014, and the 1-130 was approved on June 24, 2014. Approval notice is attached!
Would you be amicable to a joint motion to terminate in this case? The case is master calendared for October. Ms. Shuliak is an excellent student at the Columbia University Dental School and has no criminal history. If possible, we would like to terminate the proceedings so we can file for an AOS asap.
If you're amicable to a joint motion, how should we proceed in this?
Thanks!
