Dear Karyna,
I need all evidence nec. for consideration for the reinstatement request - to begin I will need the following:
I) copies of all I-20s
copy of passport information page, including expiration date, & copy of current I-94 card (front and back)
proof of FT registration at the Spanish Am. Institute (all semesters in attendance)
personal letter of explanation indicating why you fell out of status
letter from physician regarding your inability to study FT
If we can support the reinstatement application I will need a complete AVC (please see the attached). Thank you.

To be clear, my previous four years of dental studies were in Belarus, not the U.S. My previous F-1 , was associated with my attendance at the Spanish American Institue. I will provide the telephone and contact numbers for the institute as well as all documentation that you require. I have received a copy of your admission letter and spoken with Sandy Garcia to confirm you have been accepted to the DDS program at CU for the fall of 2012. Your program is for 3 years, verses 4 years, based on the fact that you have received some transfer credits from your previous study in the U.S.
I waited for your friend to arrive yesterday, but did not hear from him/her. I will be out of the office today after 3:50. If your friend wants to drop off all the information you can provide regarding your request for reinstatement I will begin to review what is presented to me. Thank you for you kind assistance. As you are parobably already aware, I am requesting a new I-20, so as to enable me to apply for a reinstatement of my former F -1 visa status. I have been told that you need to see evidence of my current status. I am out of town and can fly back for the day if you so require. However, in the interim I have arranged for someone to bring to you on wednesday the evidence you have requested. The fact is that I have applied for asylum and await a hearing, I am told this will happen in late 2013 at the earliest. I will have delivered to you the I- 589 (asylum application) receipt from Immigration, as well as a copy of my passport and my former F-1 visa.
