Attached, please find a recent article on the current state of democracy in Libya as the election process is in moving forward rapidly. The article singles out National Front Party ("NFP") and its founder and President Dr. Muhammad Al Magariaf (who is often referred to as the Nelson Mandela of Libya) and "our guy."
