I've attached the signed LOI for your attention. Mick Bailey has attached some terms between PremiAir Engineering to this scan, it has no bearing on your side of the deal. Mick has attached this to confirm to us that he will settle our outstanding debts from the proceeds of the sale at closing. In short the aircraft will be sold and all debts will be settled with PremiAir.
