Hi Richard it was nice seeing you the other day - I know this is a longshot but here are my thoughts - would Mr. Epstein consider showing two of my very wealthy Russians who I have sold two of the most expensive townhouses in New York to his home - I would inform them that he would not consider an offer less than $150 million but that being said both homes that I sold them will need a three-year gut renovation - I don't think they want to do the work - the first client of mine is Roman Abramovich who I sold three adjacent houses to on 75th St. to combine and the second is Alexi Kuzmichev who I sold a townhouse and two adjoining apartments to combine at 33 74th St - please let me know his thoughts - I would be happy to sign any kind of confidentiality agreement as would these potential buyers - thank you
