Confirming :

Once the company she was working for found out terminated her, there was an issue with Medical Insurance, so Vivian sued the company. The judge on the case ruled in her favor, Wrongful Termination receiving $5,000 as settlement, they then went on to Cobra Coverage

An intruder was coming on to their property (very rural NM) she confronted him with a gun, the intruder took off and she called the Police

They did not even consider this an issue
