Attached completed Resignation Form for Herman Ortiz.

Herman wished to spend more time with his family and the hour plus traveling time has been difficult.

As noted he has handed over all items pertaining to Z0170 Management and as usual the Gate Code combination has been changed.

He did wish to thank everyone for the opportunity.
