I'm doing this in Shanghai in June (see attached). I am planning on writing something similar for Cuba.

I am also going to do a workshop in Tulum before Cuba.

your congress in Shangai looks striking and it would be of great interest to repeat some of its aspects in Cuba. Please let me know your ideas and I will try to write down a program soon.

I think we will have to balance the style of your congress (with workshops et al) with some more traditional organizative aspects, to meet expectations of many people potentially involved.

I am sure the result will be great.

If you already have names and CV of your speakers, please let me have them together with their photos, to include in the website that will be active in next week. May I use for this your picture in your website?

Is it of your interest the fact that I am now discussing a possible bilateral agreement of the Sapienza University with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Beijing University?

Yes. Are you interested in coming in June? Plans are to do the CSTS workshops from the 5-10, Woodenfish Buddhism and Tech from 11-13. ASSC in Beijing from 13-16 and rAsia in Moscow from 18-20.

I am happy to tell you the website address of the congress in Cuba, Please visit it and give me all your comments and suggestions. It must be obviouly completed. The program is not included yet, waiting for your suggestions, names of speakers, etc. But I am working at it. I think to a complex structure, with plenary sessions, symposia, workshops, oral and poster sessions, opening and closing ceremonies. I count on your strong help in spreading the announcement of the congress to all your mailing lists, associations, companies, etc., as I will do with all my national and international lists.

The work is hard enough, since we started the organization a bit late, but I am sure we'll do a great work and that we are creating a really striking event! May be the first of a line of China, Cuba, US, UK, Italy cooperation!

I hope you share my enthusiasm!

Gino, of course I would be interested in participating at your congress in Shanghai. My problem is I must be in Rome on June 8th, since I am organizing an important congress on 10th. Do you think there are some possibilities?
