I apologize for not getting back to you. We are out doing the final ROV work for the cables in the deeper areas and are out from about 630 until 630.
We are preparing to finalize the EAR for the cables. we are presenting to DPNR and COE at their meeting on the 21st and then submitting the same day.
I will try to call you from out on the boat, but its windy right now.

lets talk or meet i need to know exactly where we stand,
Pm available for either today or tomorrow.
If it helps, I will redesign the system. This involves a complete redesign of the switchgear and the addition of step up transformers. With all of that said, you will be able to to the design as requested and use the generators to back up both islands. Additionally, I believe you will save some money.
I will, however, send you an addendum for this design because it is quite detailed and a significant amount of additional work.

I am just outlining what I view as the next steps.
• Submit Cable Permit
• Use lengths determined in permit to order Sub Sea Cable
• Submit re-design to VIWAPA
• Order Switches, meter cabinet, transformers, and on-land underground cable after receiving VIWAPA approval of design
• Installation
• Commissioning
lets make sure we submit permit PLEASE
We will be going in right after our presentation on the 21st. Don't worry.
