I sent an email yesterday to asking her to provide me with her CV as well as a phone number so that we can communicate with her in order to find out the needs and her current level as a masseuse. This will ensure us a proper planning.

Could you please make her respond to me? I will make her talk to our Spa Manager and they will accordingly draft a plan.
