not proactive. never asked what should i learn never asked anyone to show her the basics. she was responsive however, the job involves learning to anticipate needs circumstances etc pleasant, and responsible, but like you sitting back and saying i called and am waiting., i asked and got no repsone. passive leads to ossificaiton. is great.
