Peter completed the pour today at Pebble Beach and will be back in a few days to strip the forms with the exception of the bottom of the bond beam and the jacks which will stay in place for another 10 days for curing. At this time I would ask what would be the next project you have in mind for Peter and if there is nothing planned for him the bunker below 5 palms could be a good next step. I can lay out what needs to be done and ask him to price it or if you have chosen to hire him on full time he and I could put together a material order and get that ball rolling. Let me know, thanks.

Yes, sorry about that. I did approach him with regard to full time employment and told him that discussions about salary would be between himself and you. I am guessing that he has not approached you about this.
I believe he would be a good addition to our crew and would likely need a helper hired along with him.
