Voss Water..

I understand that we are meant to supply a pallet of water (plastic, not Voss) for the

contractors and our crew at GSJ. Would we be able to order this from the company?

I spoke with JP in Purchasing at West Indies Corporation. They are the only supplier on St. Thomas of the Voss Still Water in the 375 ml glass bottles. All of the stores on St. Thomas purchase their stock of this product from West Indies Corp.

The drinking for the Staff is purchased from Virgin Beverages (340-776-7577 or 912-332- 4564). Sherwayne Towing usually does the pick up of the cases on pallets, but if the order is smaller the order could be collected by LSJ.

Please advise how many cases of water you want ordered, what day you want the order to be ready for pick up, and who you will arrange to pick up the order.

I will call in the order, day of pickup and driver.

The last order was August 9, 2018 - 30 cases of the 800 ml glass (12 per case) and 13 cases of the 375 ml glass (24 per case).

I spoke with Purchasing rep JP - the 375 ml glass and plastic are on order - they have not arrived yet, and they have no EDA.

They do have in stock 800 ml glass.

Yes.

We use the large bottles for Mr. Epstein's coffee. We easily go through six per day, more if he has guests and others are drinking coffee. We use the water both to heat his cup and to make his coffee (as trained by Valdson). This gives us about 60 days with no guests.

We use the small bottles to stock in all of Mr. Epstein's living areas - bedroom, sitting areas, multiple desks, GSJ tiki, and gym. We go through these very quickly, even more quickly if we have guests. Conservatively if we go through 8 per day this also gives us about 60 days.
