Oops sent too quickly
Charging doc says crime occurred btwn Aug 1 2004 and Oct 9 2005. That final date is one day before her 18th bday. So is it accurate to say the victim attached to the charge was one day shy of her 18th bday at the time of the crime? Thanks so much for your help with this to ensure our story is accurate!

Resending in case this fell through the cracks....thanks for helping us get this right. It"s a little confusing because there's a date range, so it appears the crime begins when she was 16 and ends on the day before her 18th birthday.
