As we discussed earlier, the actual amount available for redirection by Mr. and Mrs. Black was $467,150. We wired the funds to MIT-Media on February 14, 2019. Between Friday 2/15 and yesterday, we have corresponded with Marissa Marcoux at MIT-Media confirming receipt of the funds and we have passed along the language in the letter you sent us from Mr. Black as guidance for the use of the funds.
